Words can't express how pleased and impressed I was with the way you assisted me and my family this past week. We all had gotten used to the way Mr. Roy and Ms. Effie Jean handled things and thought they could never be replaced. Well, we all have our place in time and believe me, yours has come. The two of you worked together like a well-oiled machine. I know there are times when it becomes difficult to work with each other and with the families who are going through one of the greatest trials that have to be dealt with. Your demeanor and professional manner calmed my greatest fears that something was being left undone, but you had all the answers and continue to be a great assistance to me and those that are helping me get things in order.
