Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Owens of Tuskegee, Alabama. He passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 72. He is predeceased by his parents Aubrey and Nannie Owens, sisters Melinda McKeon and Carol Owens. He is survived by his children Anita Billingsley (Thomas), and Stephen Owens, and his three grandchildren Samantha, John, and Zachary. He is also survived by brothers, Carl Owens (Cecelia), David Owens (Sherri), and sisters Sandra Bishop (Lawrence) and Cynthia Owens along with several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 1:00p.m. EST at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
Donations may be made to Alabama Baptist Childrens Home, 2681 Rocky Ridge Lane, Birmingham, AL 35216.
