Russell Lee Phipps Obituary

Russell Lee Phipps, of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away on July 4, 2023, from leukemia at home surrounded by friends and family.

Russ was an Air Force veteran who worked for the United States Post office for 34 years and the Alabama Department of Labor for 6 years.

Russ had a love for life and fun and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A private memorial service will be held August 18, 2023.
