Ruby Colleen Pattillo

Ruby Colleen Pattillo, 93, of Tallassee, died Friday, December 9, 2022, at Tallassee Health and Rehabilitation. A private family memorial service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Corbitt’s Funeral Home. Rev. Tom Skeen will officiate. Mrs. Pattillo was preceded in death by her husband James Richard Pattillo, her daughter Francine May, her great granddaughter Scout Hornsby, her siblings Danny Ray and Dot Ray, and her parents Rosa Bell and Twig Ray. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Vaughn; her son-in-law Tommy May; her grandchildren Dana (Russ) Davis, Dennis (Melissa) May, Derek (Angela) May, Russell Hornsby, and Tanya (Allen) Teal; her great grandchildren Jillian Hornsby, Rowan Hornsby, Ty Godfrey, Khoner (Grace) Davis, Kade Davis, Erica May, Allie (Brandon) Ortiz, Kenny (Lauren) Beard, Chandler (Erica) May, Cody May (Lauren Hegwood), Abby May, Mari Jane Jones, Caroline Sutherlin, Chris Maddox, and Devon Jones; her great great grandchildren Tatum Mitchell, Remy Beard, Tristan Beard, Ella May, Axel May, Lilly May, Novah May, Trey May, and Hudson Hegwood; her brother Frank “Bud” Ray; and her nephews Kerry and Darryl Ray. She loved her children and grandchildren very much, and she was sweet and loving to everyone.
