Obituary
Mickey Arnold Tyson, 68, died Monday, January 31, 2022, at Greenbriar at the Altamont. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Bradford’s Chapel United Methodist Church at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Ronald Sumner officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church beginning at 1:00 P.M. Mr. Tyson is survived by his sister Sarah Lavinia (Richard) Davis; his brothers Robert Dale (Linda) Tyson, William Donald Tyson, and David Rex Tyson; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Curtis and Sarah Virginia Tyson; his brothers Carl Dean Tyson, Curtis Gene “Pepper” Tyson, Gary Ronald Tyson, Thomas Ennis Tyson, Roy Ted Tyson and Horace Tyson; and his sister Angel Tyson.
