Martha Jean Plant

Martha Jean Plant, 86, of Notasulga, died Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Bethany House. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Notasulga First Baptist Church at 3:00 P.M. Visitation will be at the church at 2:00 P.M. Honorary pallbearers will be Oz Fincher, Erik Richardson, Jeremy Dunbar, Deterrez Cooper, and Chris Thomas. 

Ms. Plant is survived by her daughter Denise Pilato; her daughter Patsy Richardson; her son Jeremy Dunbar; her special daughter Krista Smith; the kids that called her Mawmaw: Erik Richardson, Felicia (Deterrez) Cooper, Michelle Flurry, Heather Flurry, Hannah (Brandon) McGinty, Tracy Baker, Crystal Fuller, Trysta Dunbar, Dustin Dunbar, and Emerson Dunbar; and her special friend Rod Axley.

Martha Jean enjoyed her word puzzles, her dogs, and loved Blake Shelton. But she especially loved Denise and spending time with her. 
 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany House in Auburn.
