Joshua Mason Waldrep

Joshua Mason Waldrep, 40, of Lafayette, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024, at his home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Christ’s Gospel Baptist Church with Pastor Steven Waldrep officiating. Burial will follow in Notasulga Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Corbitt’s Funeral Home. Mr. Waldrep is survived by his wife of 12 years Ashlee Waldrep; his children Mason Waldrep, Lindi Waldrep, Collin Ethridge, and Chelsie Ethridge; his grandson Zaiden Waldrep; his parents Steven and Connie Waldrep; his father-in-law and mother-in-law James and Melita Truitt; his sisters Susan Smith and Rosie (Billy) Saxon; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was a good father and a good husband. Josh loved to spend his time with his kids, wife, and grandbaby. In his spare time he love to hang out with his family and friends. Josh’s favorite thing was to be driving his 18 wheeler taking his loads.
