John Wayne Lewis, 45, of Phenix City, died September 10, 2018, at his home. Graveside services will be Friday, September 14, 2018, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, in Millerville, AL, at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. John Lucky officiating. Mr. Lewis is survived by his parents David Wayne and Vickie Lewis.
