James Thomas Cardwell

James Thomas “Tom” Cardwell, Jr., 64, of Notasulga, died Saturday, October 15, 2022, at his home. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the Dean Road Recreation Center, 307 South Dean Rd., Auburn, from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. 

Mr. Cardwell is survived by his daughter Crystal Cardwell; his
grandson Matthew James Gaither; his cousins Jim, Ronnie,
and Michael Cardwell, Tina Jones, Tonya Sparks, Paul Taylor, and
Jim and Mark Miller; many nieces and nephews; his special friend Inez Williams; and his friends Robert Heath, Michael Oswalt, Sheila Hunter, Christa Guthrie, and Louis and Danita Young. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Cardwell, his parents J.T. and Dot Cardwell, his brother Toby Cardwell, and his cousin Eddie Cardwell. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Autism Society of Alabama.
