James Marion McGhar Obituary

James Marion McGhar, 69, of Notasulga, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024, at Bethany House in Auburn with Susan, his loving wife of 38 years by his side, along with his precious puppy “Poot.” He worked with G&W Electric for many years, but James will be remembered for his famous Friday night steaks at the Beauregard Diner that he and his wife owned for 14 years. He enjoyed his life of camping, fishing, and time spent with family he loved the most. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama.
