James “Jamie” Berry

James “Jamie” Berry, 64, of Notasulga, died Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at East Alabama Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 23, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Notasulga First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Kim Berry; his children Jay (Alyson) Berry, Cody (Allie) Berry, Lane (Keri) Berry, and Haley (Nathan) Gossett; seven grandchildren; his sisters Joyce (Dean) Spratlin, Diane Hill, and Zetta Thomas; his brothers Howard Berry and Carl (Gayle) Berry; his sister-in-law Susan (Pete) Hutto; several nieces and nephews; his mother Betty Berry; his mother-in-law Brenda DuBose; and his brother-in-law Timothy DuBose. He was preceded in death by his father Henry Berry, his brother Pete Berry, his nephew Brandyn Berry, and his father-in-law Lawrence “Bo” DuBose. Jamie loved hunting, working on cars, spending time outside, and spending time with family.
