Henry Winters Parr

Henry Winters Parr, 86, of Auburn, died Friday, August 31, 2018, at East Alabama Medical Center.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at 12:00 P.M. at Corbitt’s Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Dawson officiating.  Burial will follow at Elam Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral beginning at 11:00 A.M.  Mr. Parr is survived by his daughter Ann Yarbrough; his son James Parr; his grandchildren Wesley (Janet) Rogers, Lisa Scebra, Betty (Garrett) Richardson, Alisha (Justin) Kirby, Matthew Frazier, and Crystal (Andrei) Salmin; and six great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Parr; his daughter Betty Gleaton; and his siblings Thomas, Rosie, Elbert, Willie, Ben, Jean, George, and Lillie.
