Henry Lewis Tyson

Henry Lewis Tyson, 58, of Tuskegee, died Thursday, September 6, 2018, at East Alabama Medical Center.  Graveside services will be Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Henry Dawson officiating.  Mr. Tyson is preceded in death by his father Robert Thomas Tyson, his brother Douglas Alvin Tyson, his brother-in-law Billy Glass, and his sister-in-law Merry Tyson.  He is survived by his mother Virginia Wilson Tyson, his brothers James Thomas Tyson and Robert Carroll (Janice) Tyson, Jr., his sister Cynthia Gray Glass, many nieces and nephews, and a special friend that he spent most of his time with that loved him like a brother Joe (Summer) Harris.  Henry was an avid outdoorsman.  He loved taking care of his mother's flowers.  He was a lifelong resident of Macon County.  He was very skilled in small engine repair and was a beloved member of the Tyson Transmission team.
