Frank Warrner Ray Obituary

Frank Warrner Ray, 90, passed away from this life on Monday, October 21, 2024, at Bill Nichols’s State Veterans Home in Alexander City, AL. He was born and raised in Shorter, AL, before serving in the US Army. After the Army, he moved to Montgomery, AL, where he later worked for the Montgomery Fire Department where he retired as a Deputy Fire Chief in 1984. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ray; his parents Twig and Rosa Ray; and his siblings Ruby, Daniel, and Dorothy Ray. He is survived by his two sons Kerry (Eden) Ray and Darryl (Brandi) Ray; and his grandchildren Landon (Kirsten) Ray, Hayden Ray, Austin Ray, Justin (Hannah) Parrish, and Jordan (Angel) Parrish. A private burial will be held at Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Honoraville, AL.
