Frances Pauline Hicks

Frances Pauline Hicks, born July 16, 1936, passed away June 10, 2019, at home surrounded by her children and grandchildren.  She is survived by her children Buddy (Mary) Hicks, Jeannie Vickery, Shelia (Paul) Gilbreath, and Linda (Steve) Pitchford; her grandchildren Johnny William Adams, Jr., Carl Hicks, Rita Harrelson, David Vickery, Joseph Gilbreath, Whitney Sessions, Justin Sanspree, Cody Sanspree, and Colt Sanspree; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and two half sisters.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Warren Hicks, her oldest daughter Marilyn, her son-in-law Arnold Vickery, and her granddaughter Dawn Vickery.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. at Corbitt's Funeral Home in Tuskegee with Rev. Tim Smith officiating.  Visitation will be at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 9:15 A.M.  Graveside services will be later in the afternoon at Traveler's Rest Cemetery in Flomaton at 3:00 P.M.
