Desma Elaine Day Booth, 70, of Notasulga, died Sunday, March 15, 2020, at East Alabama Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 20, 2020, at Christ's Gospel Baptist Church at 5:00 P.M. with Rev. Danny Rodgers officiating. Visitation will begin at 4:00 P.M. prior to the service. Mrs. Booth is survived by her husband James Booth; her stepchildren Chris Booth and Melissa Roberts; her grandchildren Brian Roberts, Krystan Chambliss, and Jaycee Bruton; her great grandchildren Madilyn Chambliss and Addison Chambliss, her sisters Deborah (Ray) Neighbors, Kathy (Benny) Redden, and Sandra (Jimmy) Bagley; her nieces and nephews Emily (Jerry) Connell, Rebecca (Greg) Clark, Michele (Tony) Gioiosa, Billy (Shannon) Atkins, Ben Atkins, and Brandon Atkins; and several great and great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Frank and Thelma Day, and her sister Candice Jones.
