Darsie Dewitt Rogers, Sr., 91, of Liberty City, died Friday, May 30, 2025, at his home. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Salem Macon Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Frank Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be in the church prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm.
Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife Rhonda Welden Rogers; his sons Darsie D. Rogers, Jr. “Dee” and Richard K. (Debbie) Rogers; his grandchildren Addison (Adam) Wolski, Kelsey Rogers, Tristan (Michael) Wilson, and Sydney Dougherty; his great grandchildren Margo, Harper and River Wolski, and Ryann Dougherty; and his sister Elizabeth Lewis. He was preceded in death by his parents R. Hershal and Frances B. Rogers.
Mr. Rogers owned and operated University Barber Shop in Auburn for over 60 years.
