Carolyn “Carol” Foster Jones Aldridge

Carolyn "Carol" Foster Jones Aldridge, of Guntersville, formerly of Tallassee, ended a long battle with Dementia on September 30, 2024. She was born on July 27, 1950, to Jones Thomas “JT” Foster and Elsie Mae Taylor Foster. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Dot Warren and her brother James Foster. She is survived by her daughter Melissa Lowery; her granddaughter Kayla (Jimmy) Nadrotowski; her great grandchildren Alivia and Jared Nadrotowski; her sister Mildred Peek; her brothers Robert Foster and Mike Foster; and numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.

There will be a graveside service at Carrville Cemetery in Tallassee on October 3, 2024, at 12:00 pm with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating. 

The family would like to give special thanks to Lakeshore Senior Living in Guntersville, Dekalb Regional Hospital in Fort Payne, and Shepherd's Cove Hospice in Albertville.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks that charitable donations be made in her memory to East Tallassee Methodist Church, 101 Central Blvd., Tallassee, AL 36078.
