Obituary

Bob Terry Lawler, 78, of Little Texas, died Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at Bethany House. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Williams Chapel United Methodist Church with Robert Spratlin officiating. Burial will follow in Little Texas Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church beginning at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Lawler is survived by his children Bobby Lawler, Tammy Cardwell, and Robby Lawler; his grandson Christopher Cardwell; and his brothers Tim Lawler and Ted Lawler. He was preceded in death by his wife Chrystelle Lawler, his sister Essie Cardwell, and his brothers Preston Lawler and Arnold Lawler. He was a lifelong member of Williams Chapel a United Methodist Church. He was known to be a very giving person who would give anyone the shirt off his back as well as being a loving husband and father. He retired from the Macon County Board of Education. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Williams Chapel United Methodist Church.
