Terry Travis Segrest

Terry Travis Segrest, 61, of Shorter, died Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at Baptist South.  Funeral services will be Thursday, December 19, 2019, at Bradford's Chapel United Methodist Church at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Jim Meadows officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at Corbitt's Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.  Mr. Segrest is survived by his son Jason Cowart of Reeltown; his brothers Lewis Murray (Linda) Segrest of Athens, TN, and Robert Earl (Cindy) Segrest, Jr. of Prattville; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Earl, Sr. and Daisy Segrest.  He was known as a singer, songwriter and guitar player.
