Leland Franklin Golden

Leland Franklin Golden, 85, of Tallassee, died Thursday, June 7, 2018, at Bethany House in Auburn.  Graveside services will be Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Elam Baptist Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating.  Mr. Golden is survived by his wife Ann Golden; his sons Randy (Eve) Golden and Jeff Carmack; his grandchildren Christy (Jeff) Parker, Melissa (Bruce) Dean, Beth (Scott) Ledbetter, Stephanie (Blake) Roberti, Sherry (Jeremi) Newkirk, Phillip Golden, and Megan Carmack; 9 great grandchildren; his brother John Plant Golden; his sister Barbara Jackman; and his son-in-law David Jones.  He was preceded in death by his first wife Martha Golden and his daughter Angie Jones.  Pallbearers will be Jeff Parker, Doyle Frazier, William “Bill” Ledbetter, Bruce Dean, Phillip Golden, and Heath Anderson.
