Dorothy Jean "Dot" Lawler, 64, of Little Texas, died Thursday, April 5, 2018, at her home. Funeral services will be Monday, April 9, 2018, at Marvyn Parkway Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. David Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in Garden Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral at the church and at Mrs. Lawler's home at 437 Falcon Lane, Tuskegee, from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Mrs. Lawler is survived by her husband Tim Lawler, Sr.; her children Steven Edward Smith, Joey Lynn Smith, Zachery Steven Smith, Tim (Reshea) Lawler, Jr., Jason (Val) Lawler, and Jeanie Lawler; her grandchildren Brittany Smith, Nikki Smith, Crystal Smith, Kayla (Trey) Barnes, Brooke Smith, Dre Lawler, Jessica Lawler, Emory Lawler, Caiden Lawler, McKenna Lawler, Robert Hughes, and Jake Bledsoe; many great grandchildren; her sisters Dianne (Rick) Kondik, Alice McCormick, Barbara Sims, Drenda (Barry) Montgomery, and Peggy Taylor; her brother Ronnie (Gletha) Tielking; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends the Tucker family. She was preceded in death by her son Christopher Dewayne Smith, her brothers David Olen Tielking and Johnny Lee Tielking, and her parents Mary Merritt and J.D. Tielking, Jr.
