Doris Cullars Cooper

Doris Cullars Cooper, 84, of Franklin, died Monday, August 6, 2018, at Bethany House.  Funeral services will be Thursday, August 9, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Ronald Sumner officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be at 9:00 A.M. at the church prior to the funeral.  Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her husband Howard Cooper and her son Ricky Cooper.  She is survived by her son Ronnie (Diane) Cooper of Auburn; her grandchildren Jamie (Maggie) Cooper of Opelika and Melissa Cooper Montgomery; her great grandchildren Katelyn, Nikki, Payton, Mary Evans, Whit and Hazel; and her sister Jean Cannon.  The family would like to thank Camelia Place in Auburn for the special care they gave her.  Mrs. Cooper spent many years as the owner of a grocery store in Franklin.  She loved her children and grandchildren.  She was a member of the Baptist faith.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Springs Baptist Church.
