Deirtra Leigh Harper Henderson, 47, died Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at Baptist South. Graveside services will be Friday, December 8, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. at Macedonia Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. David Hooks officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday, December 7, 2017, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Corbitt’s Funeral Home. Mrs. Henderson is survived by her daughters Sumer (Freddie) Bryant of Tallassee, AL, and Shanna Henderson of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren Carter Boswell and Ansleigh Bryant; her parents Roger and Ann Harper of Tallassee; her sister Dianne Harper of Tallassee; her uncle Bobby (Julia) Harper of Huntington, TN; and her aunt Eva Jane Sullivan of Tacoma, WA.  Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Baptist Health Corp., Attn: Foundation, P.O. Box 244001, Montgomery, AL 36124 (put "for Deirtra Henderson and The Stroke Center" on the memo line).
